Mr. Chance is responsible for all legal, intellectual property, and contract issues for NeoProteomics. Mr. Chance has spent thirty-two years practicing business law in both private practice and as a general counsel of a major corporation with a concentration in mergers and acquisitions and technology transfers. His practice currently consists of providing legal services and counseling to public and private businesses on a project basis, or as part-time general counsel. His principal areas of practice include mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, licensing and other technology-related issues, international transactions, contracts, dispute resolution, corporate governance and general corporate matters. Mr. Chance is a 1967 graduate of Wesleyan University in Middletown, Connecticut and he received an M.Sc. Degree in government from The London School of Economics. He received his law degree from The Law School of the University of Pennsylvania. He currently practices in Radnor, Pennsylvania as a member of the bar of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
